Our speed camps are designed to improve quickness, speed and agility for ALL SPORTS. These programs will develop straight ahead speed, change of direction, obstacle avoidance, and speed necessary for quick decisions to include technical training for track & field events. Strength and core stabilization are emphasized, as are individual needs and the athletic team performance. Core stabilization and strength are essential for sports related injury prevention especially for female athletes. Athletes are trained in first-step explosion, lateral movement and quick feet.
We offer training and instruction in sprint technique, speed improvement, fitness and conditioning teams, individuals and groups. Using hills, resistance training, all-weather tracks and a relentless series of drills, we build piece by piece, a physical model of speed while improving explosiveness, overall athletic ability and endurance.
With innovative training techniques, we train our athletes to develop the responsiveness and ability perform with rapid, decisive and sustainable speed, power and agility anytime, anywhere.
We also offer weekly, weekend and monthly rates, east & west valley locations (Downtown Phoenix & Ahwatukee).

Utilizing a relentless series of drills, we build piece by piece, a physical model of speed and agility. Our methods are are specifically designed to create physically & mentally an athlete prepared to perform anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

Started as the Lightining Track Club in 1990, We also train the finest in youth, high school & college athletics. Our activities now transcend sports training to working with youth athletes of all ages in all sports. Our sports are kid-driven & everyone plays!
OTHER
We also excel in motivating and advising professionals in other walks of life from those in the education, military and medical fields to those in other business and social professions. Personal & group fitness training and nutritional advice is another service we provide.
ABOUT COACH MO
A 13 year Air Force Veteran (Training Systems Specialist) with I diverse training background workig with services personnel, Air Mainintenence Units, Aircrew Training & Development and Medical Group Training Management. After Coaching High School upon graduation, Coach Mo began working as a coach in the Phoenix area in 1990 at Luke Air Force base where his 56 Medical Group football teams enjoyed a 40-4 record in 4 years with 4 championship appearances (winning 3). As as an assistant football and track coach at Peoria Centennial (91-94), Phoenix Moon Valley (93-98), Desert Vista (99-2000) and Phoenix Christian high Schools, his athletes enjoyed phenomenal success dominating the sprints, jumps & hurdles in their respective regions. He has also been successful as a football coach, affiliated with 9 state championships, 3 with close friend and mentor Jim Rattay. He's also tutored dozens of all-state, all-American and all pro players at every level to include 6 first round draft picks. Coach Mo is currently the Youth Football Manager for The Arizona Cardinals, Head Track Coach at Phoenix Christian High School and Sports Director for the Murphy School Districts Field Of Dreams.
